Semi-detached chalet for 7 people (with separate entrance) located in the hamlet of Ardent. An ideal location for enjoying peace and quiet and the natural surroundings. Close to the Ardent waterfall, the Lindarets goat village and Lake Montriond.

Layout:

• on the ground floor, there is a kitchen area, a living room and lounge, a separate toilet and a small utility room.
• Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (one 140 cm and the other 160 cm) and one with a single bed. There is also a mezzanine with two single beds.

Summer prices 2026:

From 25 June to 11 July: €950 per week or €190 per night / minimum stay of 4 nights
From Tuesday 14 July to Saturday 1 August: €1,100 per week or €190 per night / minimum 5 nights
From Saturday 8 August to Tuesday 18 August: €1,100 per week or €200 per night / minimum 5 nights
From 25 August to 30 September: €980 per week or €185 per night / minimum stay of 5 nights.

In additional: cleaning fee at 75€+ deposit at 250€.
