In the centre of the village of Côte d'Arbroz in Haute Savoie, our chalet, renovated in 2024 in a contemporary style, offers comfortable accommodation of 80m2 for 4 people with private parking and garage.

• Ground floor: garage for one car, space for skis, shoes and/or bikes.
• 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, then living room with direct access to the fitted terrace .
• 2nd floor: master bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and a sleeping area with 1 single bed (90x190) and private bathroom + attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).

End of stay cleaning: 70€
Linen for single or double bed + Bathroom linen: 20€/pers.

Nearest skiing access at the Col de l'Encrenaz (Les Gets/Mont Chéry resort), at 3 km away.

ANIMALS:
In summer: only 1 pet (dog or cat) is accepted under special conditions.
In winter: not accepted

Summer 2026:

July/August: €890/week
