  • Each bedroom has its own shower room with Italian shower and WC.

  • A private, secure cellar provides storage for 2 bicycles during the summer season.

  • Ski locker with boot warmer so your equipment is always ready.

  • Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared by the flats).

Pricing

Summer 2025:

  • July and August: 1275€/week
  • May, June: from 1100€ to 1115€/week

Winter 2025/2026:

  • Christmas/New Year: 2500€/weed
  • February school holiday: from 2250€ to 3500€/week
  • January, March and April: from 1400€ to 2150€/week

Autumn: 1200€/week

Cleaning and bed linen included in the rental price.
