Description

It's a historic first to see the abbey in its entirety! Thanks to the ABBAYE D'AULPS 3D application, you can take a real plunge into history and discover the abbey as it was between the 16th and 18th centuries.

This 3D, 360° immersion tour takes you through various points of interest (POIs).
POI 1 The forecourt: discover the evolution of the estate between the 16th and 18th centuries.
POI 2 The gardens: medicinal and vegetable plants will no longer hold any secrets for you.
POI 3 The cloister: enter the monks' living quarters and admire the breathtaking view of the vanished bell tower.
POI 4 The abbey church: to the chant of the monks, immerse yourself in the luminous atmosphere of the different liturgical hours of the day and night.

The discovery of each POI is accompanied by audio commentary and images to help you understand the life of this abbey and its history.
The journey in augmented reality can be taken on a virtual reality headset for total immersion, or on a digital tablet, with the constant possibility of embracing the abbey of yesteryear and its current state with a single glance.
