Here in the mountains, we pride ourselves on our artisanal conserves offering Savoyard specialities, with no chemical additives or conservatives in small batches. We rely on our personal experience to make local favourites and seasonal recipes.
As the last 100% artisanal conserves producer in the mountains, we make: . paté and terrines in 10 guises: wild garlic, cep and chanterelle mushroom, plain, Beaufort and Abondance cheese, Genepi, gentian, green pepper, walnut, Gamay or Espelette pepper. . rich soups: vegetable, nettle, etc… . cooked meals: Savoyard casserole, tripe, mountain sausages with a crozet pasta gratin, a savoury “farcement” loaf and lots of other delights… We’re passionate about our mountain culinary tradition! Products on sale on site and in various shops of the territory.
