You’ll find traditional farm produce that we’ve made: fresh milk, fromage frais, yoghurt (natural and fruit), Mont Caly delight and white Tomme cheese. We also have a choice of cheese and other local produce (honey, jam, cured sausage, eggs and Savoie wine) from our fellow producers and local cooperatives. Winter: from December to April, from 5pm to 6pm, free access to see cows in the barn. Summer: milking up on the mountain (from June to middel-September): come and see the cows being milked in the fresh air, every evening from 5pm to 6pm above the Col de l’Encrenaz.
