Hiking : Pointe d'Ireuse

Set off on an adventure as you climb the Pointe d'Ireuse, an iconic summit that offers a 360° panorama, taking in the majestic Mont Blanc, the impressive Dents du Midi, unmissable Lake Geneva and the superb Chablais mountains.

This route, accessible to experienced hikers, takes you through the peaceful mountain pastures of Seytrouset and Nifflon d'en Haut. These authentic places, untouched by time, exude a unique atmosphere of calm, wild nature and sublime scenery. Every step you take in these mountain pastures plunges you a little deeper into a world of serenity, where the beauty of the mountains invites you to contemplate and recharge your batteries.

1/ Leave from the "Les Frélois" car park. Follow the signs to Les Chalets de Seytrouset (2h). Follow the road up to Seytrouset. Make sure you stay on the passable road at all times, despite the small paths that branch off to the left and right here and there.
2/ From the "La Chette" sign, continue on the passable road towards Seytrouset.
3/ Once you reach Seytrouset, turn left towards the Col de Seytrouset.
4/ From the Col de Seytrouset, turn right towards Nifflon d'en Haut.
5/ From Nifflon d'en Haut, turn right towards the Pointe d'Ireuse.
6/ At the Pointe d'Ireuse, after enjoying the view, turn back towards the Chalets de Nifflon d'en Haut. Then follow the signs for Col de Seytrouset, Seytrouset and back down the carriage road you came by.
