The Pointe de Chésery walk takes you to a superb 360° viewpoint straddling France and Switzerland. From up there, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the magnificent Dents du Midi, amongst other things!
After taking the Ardent cable car and the Chaux-Fleurie chairlift, you’ll find yourself at the start of the walk. As soon as you get off the chairlift, your destination is already in sight! The walk follows a ridge that’s wide enough to pose no real danger as long as you stay firmly on the path.
During a fairly short but steep climb, the view gradually opens up to reveal the most beautiful peaks in the area, including the famous Mont Blanc. You’ll also catch sight of the surrounding high-altitude lakes: Lac Vert and Lac de Chésery.
A steep climb up a ridge. Make sure you stay on the marked path.
