Walking trail: Ardent to Lindarets

Whether you're a hiking enthusiast or simply looking to relax in the heart of nature, this walk offers an ideal getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet of the forest, cool off by the river and reach the Lindarets Village

A surprise awaits you in the village of Les Lindarets: the famous Lindarets goats! Like the holidaymakers, they've come here to spend a summer strolling around. Children will be delighted to feed these free-roaming goats while their parents enjoy the village's sunny terraces.

Start from the Ardent car park.

1/ Head to the bridge at the top of the car park on the right. At the “Parking d'Ardent” sign, follow the signs for Les Lindarets by turning left onto the forest track. A few metres further on, follow the path that climbs up to the right.

2/ Follow the path along the riverbank. Follow the markings carefully: yellow arrow on a green background. Further on, as you leave the forest, cross the ski run and then climb up alongside the run on the right.

3/ The path enters the forest again. Follow the markings carefully: yellow arrow on a green background.

4/ As you leave the forest, climb up the track, keeping to the right again. Then cross the piste to head back into the forest.

5/ Cross the river via the small bridge, then climb up through the fields and continue through the forest to reach the village of Les Lindarets.

6/ You have now arrived at the Les Lindarets car park. Turn right along the road to reach the village centre.
