As an experienced and qualified secretary, I can look after your administrative duties for a few hours every week or month, summer or winter, depending on your needs. My aim is to allow you to focus on what’s important: your job.
If you don’t have enough time or the means to take on another team-member, the answer might be to outsource your admin! With training in administration, the social sector, business and accounting, and after 15 years working in varied posts, it seemed to be the right time to offer my skills to businesses as a bespoke service provider and on a no-obligation basis. As the agreement is based on billing, there are no hidden social or business charges, so that you can control your budget according to your needs. I can come to your premises or work from home (Seytroux); I guarantee work that meets our respective high standards, with total discretion and in confidence.
